BARNACLE BUSTERS club meetings are generally held on the third Wednesday of each month and usually alternate between Silver Lake/Los Angeles and Long Beach. There are exceptions, so check the Calendar or the 24-hour voice mail at 310.535.7799 to be sure you get to the right place at the right time.

Our meetings begin with socializing followed by dinner, announcements, recaps of recent and upcoming activities, usually a guest speaker or other special presentation, and the wildly popular club raffle. Non members are very welcome, so please feel free to join us!

SILVER LAKE / LOS ANGELES CLUB MEETINGS

We are now holding our Silver Lake meetings at Casita del Campo, which has been  a friendly Silver Lake  landmark for many years.  They have a full bar serving legendary margaritas, and some fine Mexican food.  We have our own room (indoors!) in which to hold our meetings.  Rather than a fixed price for dinner, you will be able to order any items on their extensive, moderately priced menu, which includes lots of tasty appetizers as well as full dinners.  Please be there and order your food by 7:45 p.m.

Casita del Campo is located one block north of the intersection of Hyperion and Fountain Aves, on the east side of the street.  Coming from the Hollywood/West Hollywood area, just follow Fountain Ave east from Sunset Blvd.  It will curve to your left onto Hyperion, and the restaurant is just at the top of a small hill on your right.  There is a large valet parking lot at the restaurant, and street parking nearby.

Kavikas Grill & Bar offers Fresh Fusion and California Cuisine and is located upstairs from Bubba Gump's, beside the Aquarium of the Pacific. We have our own private room to the left when you enter equipped with flat screen TV and sound system. The food is excellent and moderately priced. You'll order off the menu when you arrive, so no long waits for dinner to arrive, and the same policy of one check per table will apply. Kavikas has a full bar. Parking is available in the structure between the restaurant and the Aquarium.

If you plan to join us for dinner, please arrive and place your order by 7:45 p.m.  The meeting begins promptly at 8:00 p.m.
